I’m foreigner but I can not log in even I already
registered.
When you register as foreigner, it is classified 2 types of foreigners which
stay in Korea or stay in other country.

If you are stayed in abroad, you
should be attached ID card, passport or student’s card when registered. And if
you attached other image it is not registered.

If you stay in Korea even
you are foreigner, you should be typed the foreigner registered number. So
please refer to it when you are registered as our member.

It takes about
one day to register for the foreigner who stays in abroad.

What is the reason for the order quantities could be over
5pcs?
For the order from abroad, the order quantities are restricted up to 5 pcs for
each item due to the weight problem for the EMS or prevent of the commercial
purpose. Please kindly understand.

For the abroad, we do not accept for the cancel without any breakage or defected
so please order carefully.

If your ordered items have including Vat, you
may pay for the additional custom fee even you already paid for the delivery
cost at the custom clearance in your country.

It is difference between expected amount on the time being for

The payment for the YG e-shop will be paid as WON (Korean money) base,
When
you ordered day, you will pay after checked for the exchange rate,

But
the due date of the credit card, the exchange rate for the Won could be changed
so it can be difference between expected amount for the web site and the actual
amount for the credit card.

Please do not confute about this for the
abroad.
3 [Foreigner] How can I tracking for the delivery to the abroad?
How can I tracking for the delivery to the abroad?
We are using EMS service for the delivery to abroad.

So you can track
your ordered goods via EMS web site after dispatched your ordered goods from YG
e-shop.

http://service.epost.go.kr/iservice/ems/ems_eng.jsp

Please
visit above site and put the item No. which issued via YG e-shop then you can be
checking & tracking for your ordered goods.

It takes about 5~10 days
for the delivery to abroad as depending on the country.

Where can I check the answer for my inquiry via Q&A?
If foreigner customers are using to Q&A, you should be marked on Foreigner
and must inquiry as English to get the answer.

If you inquiry as other
languages such as Chinese, Japanese and etc, you couldn’t get an answer, so
please use in English only.

You can check the answer on the “Mypage”
after log in.
